Places To Notify - (don't leave until the last minute)

Four weeks prior to moving day, notify the US Post Office of your move. You can do this at your local post office or there is an online Change of Address form at the usps website.

Utilities: Cable/Satellite Provider / Electric / Gas / Water / Trash Pick-up / Telephone

Governmental Offices: Department of Motor Vehicles / Social Security Administration / State/Federal Tax Bureaus / Veteran’s Administration
